Order Cancelation Procedures. All orders placed on our site by check or money order that are unfunded for up to 8 weeks will be automatically canceled. A representative from our gallery will call you before doing so.

Each print order is processed within 24 hours, rolled in craft paper and shipped (via UPS) in a padded, heavy-duty tube. Your order will be delivered (within the U.S.) in 3 to 5 business days.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, return the shipment (at customers expense) within 15 days and receive an exchange or full refund. All merchandise must be returned in the same condition as received. Please contact the studio at 1-800-222-3310 to discuss any matters before sending returns.

Website typographical Error. On our site there may be a few prices that state $0.00, this means there is an error, or that the item you are viewing is SOLD OUT. In the case you come across any items on our site, please Contact Us and let us know, or call for pricing. $0.00 is not the actual price of the item, so please do not go thru the check out procedure.
